The AD-4RLC-41000 relay conversion box is designed to convert the AeroFlow Systems short-boom +24V output into the ground-trigger signal required by the Satloc Falcon and Falcon Pro. This allows mechanics and operators to upgrade aircraft to a Falcon system while keeping the existing AFS boom switches and valves.

AFS outputs a positive boom signal, while the Falcon requires a negative (ground) sense input. This relay box bridges that mismatch safely, using isolated relay circuits to provide a clean, reliable ground signal to the Falcon for accurate boom logging and flow-control operation.

Simplified Wiring Instructions

1. Power

• VCC → Aircraft +24V (or +12V)
• GND → Aircraft Ground

2. Inputs From AFS Boom Valves

• AFS Boom 1 +24V → IN1
• AFS Boom 2 +24V → IN2
• AFS Boom 3 +24V → IN3
• AFS Boom 4 +24V → IN4

(These energize the relay coils only.)

3. Outputs to Satloc Falcon

• COM terminals → Aircraft Ground (tie all COMs to ground)
• NO terminals → Falcon Boom Sense wires (Boom 1–4)

When AFS sends +24V to a boom valve, the relay closes and the Falcon receives a clean ground signal—exactly what it requires to detect boom ON/OFF.
